Customization Process:

1.Customization Process:

1.1. Customer provides customization requirements, including flower species, colors, vases, and other details.

1.2. The company provides design proposals and quotations based on the customer’s requirements.

1.3. After the customer confirms the design proposal and quotation, 50% of the deposit is paid.

1.4. The company produces the preserved flower gifts according to the design proposal.

1.5. After the production is completed, the customer pays the remaining amount and confirms receipt.

2.Cost and Payment:

2.1. The price of customized preserved flower gifts includes design fees, material costs, production costs, etc.

2.2. Payment can be made by bank transfer or other major payment methods in international trade.

2.3. Customers can use the major payment methods in international trade, such as letters of credit and collections, to make payment. Customers should complete the payment within 7 working days after confirming the order with the company. If the customer fails to pay on time, the company reserves the right to cancel the order and forfeit the deposit.

3.Delivery and Acceptance:

3.1. The delivery time will be specified in the order confirmation.

3.2. The company is responsible for the delivery of the preserved flower gifts.

3.3. Upon receipt of the goods, the customer should inspect the products for quality and quantity issues. If there are any problems, the customer should notify the company within 7 days after receiving the goods.

3.4. If the customer fails to notify the company within the above time limit, the goods shall be deemed accepted.

4.Returns and Refunds:

4.1. The preserved flower gifts are customized products, and the company does not accept returns or refunds for non-quality reasons.

4.2. If there is a quality issue, the customer can apply for a return or refund within 7 days after receiving the goods and provide relevant evidence. After the company confirms the quality issue, the customer can choose to return the goods or receive a refund. When returning the goods, the customer should bear the cost of returning the goods, and the company will bear the cost of remaking or refunding.
