1.How can I have customized box’s prices?

To calculate the prices,we usually need 5 points: Size,Quantity,Material,Printing,Surface treatment.If you don’t know those,only need tell us what goods you want to pack,we will have solution for you,

2.Can I have a sample to check the quality?

We can send free sample for quality check,if you need customized your own sample,we will charge you a sample cost,sample fee US$10-300,depends on the details.

3.Can you do small quantity order,we just start up our business?

Thank you for choosing us,we are glad to know you start up your business,if your order quantity not reached our moq,we will charge a handle fee,reasonable profit can keep us work well.

4.What’s the lead time

Usually our mass production time is 12-18 working days,if your order is very urgent,please let us know in advance.

5.What’s the after-sale service terms?

We are very care about the after-sale service,we hope to establish a long relationship with you,so we have a good after-sale service terms as below:

  • We have professional team inspect your goods before every shipment,that is our QC rules.
  • Any loss caused by us,we will make up,such as give discount/coupon in future orders.
  • If delivery delayed caused by our reasons,we will make up.

6.This is my first time ordering from China

We have years export experience,only need tell us your needs,we will guide everything for you.

7.What’s the payment terms?

We accept wire transfer(T/T) , Western Union , Money Transfer ,Paypal , Alipay, Wechat Pay etc. We not accept OA.

8.Can you do shipment for us?

Of course,our shipping agent have very good price and shipping speed,they have more than 10 years in shipping.
